A New-Zealand native, Neil was a regular Top 20 junior player and went on to coach some of the top talent in New Zealand before coming over to the UK in 2005.

Neil works with the Academy’s top junior players and is now in charge of an intensive full-time tennis and education programme for some of the top Under 16s in the country, as well as working closely with Top 250 WTA doubles player, Anna Hawkins.
